LOCATION: Sipaliwini Savannah, in Southern Surinam

HABITAT: Isolated pockets of jungle that occur along streams and punctuated grasslands by forest islands.

Temperature: 65-85 degrees. Humidity: 70%-100%

BREEDING: Best bred in pairs as females may fight each other in the presence of males. Maturity in 10-12 months. Egg clutches of 5-10.

CHARACTERISTICS: Bold, hardy, terrestrial with a quiet call. Known as The BLUE Frog!
