At Warriors Dart Frogs, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality dart frogs and the best possible shopping experience. Our shipping process is just one of the ways we strive to achieve this goal.
We understand that when you purchase a live dart frog, you want it to arrive as quickly and safely as possible. We have developed a shipping process designed to ensure the well-being of our dart frogs and provide you with peace of mind.
Dart frogs ship throughout the continental USA when route temperatures are between 34F-80F. We use priority overnight shipping for all our live dart frogs. This service ensures that your new dart frogs arrive at your doorstep as quickly as possible, minimizing the stress of travel. The shipping we charge is what that carrier charges us.
To further ensure the safety of the dart frogs, you can specify during check out to have your order held at your local FedEx hub for pickup. This method reduces the time the dart frogs spend in transit and allows you to pick up your new dart frog at a time that's convenient for you.
We ship live dart frogs Monday thru Thursday. This schedule ensures that your new dart frog won't be in transit over the weekend.
We also offer local pickup in Herriman, Utah. You can specify “LOCAL PICK-UP” during checkout- we will contact you for an appointment.
NOTE: Please place a SEPARATE ORDER for any items that are NOT live dart frogs as these items will ship regular ground to help you save shipping costs.









D.O.A:
If your dart frog is Dead On Arrival (DOA), you must do the following;
1. You must communicate with us within 1 hour of reception.
2. You must report if you picked the package up at FedEx or if it was delivered to your door. If the package was delivered, you must notify us where the package was delivered (porch, mailbox, office, etc.), weather conditions (shade, full sun, etc), and approximately how long it was there. Please be honest with us, as we have the ability to look up time stamps, and if you are found to be dishonest, we will not refund under any circumstances.
3. You must show CLEAR pictures of box, box contents, and dead specimens. Clear videos are preferred, but pictures of dead specimens are fully acceptable. You must remove all specimens on to a paper towel or high contrast background to receive a refund and show original packaging.
We take great care in ensuring that all live dart frogs sold and shipped are outwardly healthy and thriving. By paying for your order, the purchaser accepts and understands that the transfer of live dart frogs from our care to their care also represents a transfer of responsibility. Warriors Dart Frogs makes no guarantee to the long term health of animals or their reproductive success, as husbandry variables that contribute to the long term success and well being of the dart frogs are completely out of our control once they leave our care.

Warriors Dart Frogs reserves the right to delay any package due to severe weather (hot or cold) along the package's shipping route. Should something go wrong with your shipment please contact us immediately.
Warriors Dart Frogs reserves the right to replace dart frogs at our discretion, however new shipping costs will be incurred by the purchaser. If the purchaser dismisses free replacement, only a store credit will be offered or issued for the value of the dart frog.
We will do our best to package the dart frogs in the safest ways possible for travel. We ask that you do not open the box until you are home and it is safe to do so. If your package is damaged or altered for any reason, please notify us immediately. After 1 hour of receipt, we cannot help you in any way.
REFUND POLICY:
Defective Product Returns; If product arrives in unusable or defective condition, simply contact Warriors Dart Frogs and we will get you taken care of with a refund or replacement. Claims must be made 1 day within receiving delivery. Any claims after that will be unable to be claimed.
Non-Defective Product Returns; This category covers all items that arrived in good condition, but the customer no longer wants or needs those products. Customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Warriors Dart Frogs. Upon product arrival and inspection a full refund for the product will be returned via payment method used. Products received as a return that are returned broken or damaged will not warrant a refund. Claims can be made 7 days within receiving delivery.. Any claims after the 7 day period will be unable to be claimed.
OUR LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE:
At Warriors Dart Frogs, we understand that purchasing live dart frogs online requires trust. That's why we offer a Live Arrival Guarantee for all our live dart frogs. We are committed to ensuring that your new dart frogs arrive at your doorstep safe and healthy.
We guarantee that all live dartfrogs purchased from Warriors Dart Frogs will arrive alive and in good health. Our priority overnight shipping service ensures that your new dart frog spends as little time in transit as possible.
In the unlikely event that your dart frog arrives in poor health or does not survive the journey, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a refund.
Our Live Arrival Guarantee is subject to a few conditions:
1. You must be present to receive the delivery on the first attempt. Failure to do so will void the guarantee.
2. If your new dart frog arrives in poor health or does not survive the journey, you must notify us within 1 hour of pickup or delivery of your dart fog to the door.
3. Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies only to the cost of the dart frog and does not cover shipping costs.
WHAT TO DO IF THEY FAIL TO THRIVE:
At Warriors Dart Frogs, we are committed to the health and well-being of our dart frogs. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a new dart frog may struggle to adjust to its new environment. If you notice that your new dart frog is not thriving, we're here to help.
It's important to monitor your new dart frogs closely, especially in the first few weeks after they arrive. Signs that your dart frog may not be thriving include:
Lack of appetite
Lethargy or decreased activity
Unusual behavior
Visible signs of illness, such as skin lesions or changes in color
Steps to Take:
If you notice any of these signs, it's important to take action quickly:
1. Check the Habitat: Ensure that your dart frogs habitat is set up correctly. This includes temperature, humidity, lighting, and access to clean water and appropriate food.
2. Monitor your dart frog: Keep a close eye on your dart frog’s behavior and eating habits. Any changes could be a sign of stress or illness.
3. If your dart frog continues to show signs of distress, contact us immediately so we can provide advice and assistance.
