POWDER BLUE

LOCATION: Southern Suriname and parts of Northern Brazil.

HABITAT: Dark, humid microclimates near small streams, moss-covered rocks, and under debris. Temperature: 65-80 degrees. Humidity: 70%-100%

BREEDING: Territorial with egg clutches of 4-10 eggs.

CHARACTERISTICS: Bright royal blue limbs and a dark blue belly, overlaid with irregular dark spots and patches on its head and back. Males have a soft buzzing call.
